Return & Exchnage policy

We at PREEVIN are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 15 DAYS from the date of delivery, for the same style & color but different size only.

Any customised product is only subjected to alterations, with no return or exchange policy applicable within 7-15 days from the date of delivery.

Beyond 15 Days, all the alterations are on a chargeable basis only.

Our Customer Care team members will be happy to assist you through this process. You can contact them by email within 2 days FROM THE DATE of delivery at contactpreevindesigns@gmail.com or by +91 9810125937  kindly update them with the following information - 

- Order number.

- Delivery address.

- Specify the reason for the exchange.

- You have to self-ship the product or you can bring it to our flagship store. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

We at Preevin customize each and every product very carefully. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURNS. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

You contact our care team at contactpreevindesigns@gmail.com or by +91 9810125937 within 2 days FROM THE DATE of delivery with the following information: 

- Order number. 

- Delivery address. 

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

-  You have to self-ship the product or you can bring it to our flagship store.


WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT FIRST. 


CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit within 3 months from the date of cancellation. In case of no communication/response from the client over these 3 months, we will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit. A request for cancellation of an order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site.


UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

We, at Preevin, will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from the Preevin store, the outfit will remain at the Preevin store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked up by the client, we will reconnect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. If we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, we will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded
